Hey all! It has been a crazy busy time over here at Nourished and Grounded and we have SO MUCH to share! Not only are we about to celebrate our 1 year anniversary on the site (seems like only yesterday when I posted my very first article on how to make kombucha, good lawd how time flies!) but we also just got back from PaleoFX, our yearly foodie nerd-a-thon convention on all things paleo.
As a big ol’ thank you with hugs and kisses for continuing to follow along on this journey to wellness with us, and to help promote some amazing new products, we’ve got something really special planned….hold on to your paleo loin clothes… we are going to do an entire MONTH of giveaways!
